Rails-to-Trails Conservancy is embarking on a mission to connect a rail-trail across the
country - Washington, D.C. to Washington state - called the Great American Rail-Trail.
This presentation will discuss how and why to embark on such a mission and what it
means for bicycle tourism.

Learning Objectives:
•  Why try to link a rail-trail across the country
•  How to tackle such a large endeavor
•  How a rail-trail across the country would benefit bike tourism as a whole
